Hamas'tan Trump Planına Şartlı Onay, Abbas'tan Savaş Sonrası İçin Geçiş Planı

Filistinli direniş grubu Hamas, ABD Başkanı Donald Trump tarafından sunulan barış planına yönelik resmî yanıtını, verilen sürenin dolmasına günler kala iletti. Grup, ateşkes ve esir takası gibi kilit konularda anlaşmaya vardığını belirtirken, Gazze'nin geleceğiyle ilgili daha geniş siyasi meselelerin uluslararası hukuka dayalı birleşik bir Filistin ulusal mutabakatı ile çözülmesi gerektiğini şart koştu.

Bu gelişme, Filistin Devlet Başkanı Mahmud Abbas'ın Ramallah'tan yaptığı ve savaş sonrası yönetim için detaylı bir yol haritası sunduğu önemli bir konuşmayla aynı güne denk geldi. Abbas, bir yıl içinde seçimlerin yapılmasını taahhüt ederken, Hamas'ın gelecekteki siyasi rolünü doğrudan hedef alan katı koşullar öne sürdü.

Al Jazeera'nin haberine göre, bir Hamas kaynağı grubun cevabının arabuluculara sunulduğunu doğruladı. Kaynak, "Saldırganlığı durdurma arzusuyla, savaşın sona ermesini ve tamamen geri çekilmeyi sağlayacak şekilde Trump'ın planı hakkında sorumlu bir pozisyona ulaşmak için kapsamlı istişareler yürüttük" açıklamasında bulundu. Hamas, Trump'ın teklifi doğrultusunda hayattaki ve naaşı bulunan tüm esirlerin serbest bırakılmasını kabul ettiğini duyurdu.

Ancak Hamas, Gazze Şeridi'nin gelecekteki yönetimini önceden belirleyecek unsurları bu onayın dışında tuttuğunu ve bu konuların "Hamas'ın da bir parçası olacağı kapsamlı bir Filistin ulusal çerçevesinde" tartışılması gerektiğini belirtti.

Bu yanıt, Washington'dan gelen yoğun baskının ortasında geldi. Başkan Trump, Hamas'a planı kabul etmesi için pazar akşamı 18:00'e kadar süre tanımış ve aksi takdirde "Hamas'a cehennemin kapılarını açacağı" tehdidinde bulunmuştu.

Paralel bir gelişme olarak, Filistin resmi haber ajansı Wafa'ya göre Başkan Mahumd Abbas, savaş sonrası vizyonunu açıkladı. Abbas, bir yıl içinde genel seçimlerin yapılmasını taahhüt ederken, aday olacakların "Filistin Kurtuluş Örgütü'nün (FKÖ) siyasi programına, iki devletli çözüme, tek yasa ve tek meşru güvenlik gücü ilkesine" bağlı kalması gerektiğini şart koştu. Bu koşullar, FKÖ üyesi olmayan ve iki devletli çözümü resmen tanımayan Hamas'a yönelik doğrudan bir meydan okuma olarak görülüyor.

Abbas ayrıca, geçici bir anayasa hazırlanması, eğitim müfredatının UNESCO standartlarına uygun hale getirilmesi ve tutuklu ailelerine yapılan ödemelerin uluslararası standartlara göre yeniden düzenlenmesi gibi reformları da kamuoyuna duyurdu.
