شهدت العلاقات اليونانية التركية في بحر إيجه تصعيدًا جديدًا بعد حادثة بحرية قرب جزيرة أستيباليا، تزامنت مع تحركات تركية لتحويل عقيدة «الوطن الأزرق» إلى إطار قانوني داخلي، وهو ما أعاد الخلافات القديمة بين البلدين إلى الواجهة بقوة.

بدأ التوتر مع واقعة السفينة Ocean Link، وهي سفينة مخصّصة لأعمال الكابلات البحرية، كانت تنفذ في 12 و13 مايو/أيار 2026 أعمالًا مرتبطة بمشروع ألياف ضوئية لربط الجزر اليونانية، عندما اعترضتها قطعة بحرية تركية وطلبت منها وقف نشاطها ومغادرة المنطقة. وتقول الرواية اليونانية إن السفينة كانت تعمل بصورة قانونية استنادًا إلى إخطار ملاحي يوناني، وفي نطاق تعتبره أثينا منطقة مسؤوليتها البحرية.

في المقابل، تنفي أنقرة أن يكون ما جرى «مضايقة» أو «اعتراضًا غير مشروع»، وتؤكد أن قواتها كانت تراقب نشاطًا يجري في منطقة بحرية ترى أنها تمس مناطق الاختصاص التركية أو تقع ضمن نطاق متنازع عليه. هذا التباين الحاد في توصيف الحادثة يعكس جوهر الخلاف المستمر بين الطرفين حول حدود الصلاحيات البحرية وحقوق كل طرف في إيجه وشرق المتوسط.

وتنظر أثينا إلى الحادثة على أنها جزء من نمط أوسع من الضغط التركي المتواصل، يشمل الاعتراض على الأنشطة البحثية والبنى التحتية البحرية، إلى جانب الخلافات المزمنة حول المياه الإقليمية والجرف القاري والمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة. كما تعتبر أن استهداف مشروع رقمي واستراتيجي يربط الجزر اليونانية بالشبكات الوطنية والأوروبية يحمل دلالات تتجاوز مجرد حادث بحري محدود.

في الوقت نفسه، يزيد من حساسية المشهد إعداد تركيا مشروع «قانون مناطق الصلاحية البحرية»، الذي تقول تقارير إنه يهدف إلى منح مطالب «الوطن الأزرق» أساسًا قانونيًا داخليًا أكثر صلابة. ويرى منتقدو هذا التوجه في اليونان أن أنقرة تسعى إلى تكريس رؤيتها البحرية في بحر إيجه وشرق المتوسط عبر التشريع المحلي، رغم أن هذه الرؤية تتعارض، وفق الموقف اليوناني، مع مبادئ قانون البحار وحقوق الجزر.

وتزداد الأزمة تعقيدًا لأن هذا التطور يأتي فوق تراكم طويل من الملفات العالقة: الخلاف على توسيع المياه الإقليمية، النزاع بشأن المجال الجوي، المطالب التركية بنزع سلاح بعض الجزر، إضافة إلى المناورات البحرية واسعة النطاق وعودة التوتر العسكري المتبادل. ومع استمرار الطرفين في تحديث قدراتهما الجوية والبحرية، يصبح خطر سوء التقدير أو الانزلاق من حادث تكتيكي محدود إلى مواجهة أوسع أكثر واقعية من السابق.

بذلك، لا تبدو حادثة السفينة حدثًا معزولًا، بل مؤشرًا إلى مرحلة جديدة من التشدد السياسي والقانوني والعسكري، تجعل بحر إيجه مرة أخرى إحدى أكثر بؤر التوتر هشاشة في المنطقة.
